EIDI – The Emotional Intelligence and Diversity Institute was formed in 2004 to help individuals and organizations create emotionally healthy, productive environments where everyone’s talents are used to the fullest.  EIDI provides a structure, education and materials that foster that development.

EIDI’s approach includes trainings, workbooks, and assessments that address the core competencies of EID and reinforces skills and behaviors for participants. Leadership trainings, Train-the-Trainer programs, and strategic planning processes support the development of a high-performing, inclusive culture.
