Joy Hawkins is the principal in a Los Angeles, California based consulting firm. With over 25 years in organization consulting, training and human resources management, Joy combines in depth knowledge with practical experience in planning, designing and facilitating change processes and working with organization systems. Joy’s areas of specialization include organization development, change management, team development, diversity processes, strategic planning and executive/management coaching.

Prior to starting her consulting practice, Joy held management and internal consulting positions with two Fortune 500 corporations. This experience allows her to be extremely effective as a classroom facilitator and organizational change agent. Joy serves on the faculty of the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication and is a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Southern California, Pepperdine University and Loyola Marymount University.
