How we helped

EDS partnered with PepsiCo to conduct a top-down, three-level educational process aimed at developing an inclusive organizational culture. Level 1 provided both diversity awareness and skill building. Training of internal facilitators resulted in 55 PepsiCo employees who partnered with EDS trainers to deliver phase-one training to over 10,000 employees and managers. Level 2, focusing on all people managers, provided self- additional skill building in the areas of dialogue and conflict management. Level 3 focused on institutionalizing an inclusive environment.
