EDS is currently working with leaders at Legacy Health in Portland, OR delivering cultural competency training to all managers across the organization. Training is designed to increase the level of cultural understanding to better serve a growing diverse customer base. This process began with Executive level Cultural Competency training for the top leaders including the President and CEO and his direct reports.
