1) DIVERSAFARITM: A Learning Adventure
Many organizations and trainers are seeking ways to reduce the cost and required time of training programs in response to the challenging economic times. EDS has developed a training program in response to these needs.
DIVERSAFARITM: A Learning Adventure is a 5-session (each session divided into 20 and 40 minute modules) training program that comes in an attractive kit that contains everything required to conduct the sessions, including:
• an attractive visual map that helps participants identify where they are in the journey
• laminated cards for all exercises
• a complete, detailed, color-coded facilitator guide
Participants learn definitions and 8 tools for greater effectiveness across difference. Each of the five sessions offers information, increased awareness and an interactive application exercise.
