Effective February 1, 2011 the following exciting changes are occurring at EDS:
Donna Stringer - Founder Emeritus
Donna Stringer, co-founder and President of EDS since 1987, is assuming a new
role of “Founder Emeritus”. Donna’s role will be to manage selected client portfolios, support Elmer Dixon as EDS’s new President, and provide curricula development and consulting services on a case-by-case basis. Donna will have limited hours in the EDS office and can be reached at dstringer@executivediversity.com or dstringerconsulting@gmail.com
Elmer J. Dixon has been the Vice President for EDS since 2003 and is now taking on the role of President of Executive Diversity Services. Elmer looks forward to continuing the quality services EDS has become known for and anticipates announcing new and expanded services in the coming months. We congratulate Elmer in his new position. Farzana Nayani - Senior Consultant
Farzana Nayani, an Associate of EDS since 2007, will now take on the role of Senior Consultant. In addition to training and resource development, Farzana will continue to manage the communications of EDS and will expand her role into additional marketing and outreach about company products and services. Donna Stringer and Andy Reynolds, who retired as the Vice President of EDS in 2005, have also stepped down from EDS’s Board of Directors. They will be serving as interim board members until they have been replaced by candidates currently under consideration.
