Donna M. Stringer, Ph.D., President, is a social
psychologist whose career spans almost 30 years as a manager, teacher, researcher
and writer. Donna’s experience and education have given her the ideal blend
of theory and practicality for her responsibilities at Executive Diversity Services,
which include curricula development, training of trainers, work team interventions
and executive coaching. Widely recognized for her expertise, Donna has published in
the areas of cultural diversity training, multicultural communication, gender differences,
values, harassment, and organization development. She is also an adjunct faculty member
on three campuses. Donna prefers to feed her passion for learning about multicultural
issues by reading cross-cultural novels, watching international films, traveling to
new places, and learning from her multi-cultural friends and grandchildren.

Elmer Dixon, Vice President of Sales and Marketing,
was educated in Public Administration and has 25 years experience as a manager and
trainer. Elmer’s vision, energy, and creativity have contributed to his success
in leading diverse teams, facilitating and implementing strategic plans for organizations,
and providing outstanding training and consultation in the areas of multi-cultural
communication, team building, and conflict management. Elmer brings both practical
experience and a dynamic presence to his work as Executive Diversity Services’ client
development and sales specialist. A committed body builder, Elmer also volunteers
time in the community with organizations serving young people from a range of cultures.

Information and Financial Systems Manager, has over 10 years experience working in the public and private sector. Victoria graduated from Seattle University, with a degree in Public Administration, and has always been committed to working with individuals and communities from diverse populations. Victoria loves to organize, plan, and spend time with family and friends. Victoria also volunteers for Catholic Community Center , and has been very involved in the designing and implementation of a housing program initiative addressing the needs of underserved communities. Andy Reynolds retired as Executive Diversity
Services Vice President in 2005 after 16 years of service. Continuing as an associate,
he brings over two decades of successful experience consulting, teaching, and training
in race and gender relations, workplace diversity, and customer service. Andy’s
commitment and involvement in the business and education communities has resulted
in his receiving a number of local and national leadership awards. Andy’s experience
as a journalist contributes to his success as a public speaker and to his public relations
work. Andy often fuels his interest in multi-cultural education by attempting new
recipes from his international cook book collection.

Brad Wilkinson has facilitated diversity training
and awareness sessions with senior management from Fortune 500 corporations for over
a decade. His research identifies the linkages between self-managing work teams and
managing diversity. Brad has developed his design skills by working on projects ranging
from multi-media training to classroom workshops to video based instruction. Brad
serves as a part-time faculty member in the Management Department at Georgia State
University. Brad’s southern warmth, outrageous sense of humor, and terrific
energy were demonstrated in a 500+ mile bike ride recently to raise funds for people
living with AIDS.

Scott Horton has been consulting and training
on diversity and leadership issues in the corporate world for more than a decade.
He has developed and delivered training programs for Fortune 500 companies in the
United States as well as internationally. Scott received his M.A. in counseling from
The Ohio State University. Prior to working as a diversity consultant and facilitator,
he served as a student affairs director at four universities (including Texas Christian
and Emory) teaching leadership and advising multi-cultural groups. Today Scott remains

Truc Nguyen was born in Saigon, Vietnam and escaped to the US after the fall of Saigon in 1975 and was raised in the suburbs of Connecticut. Truc has over 10 years experience as facilitator and trainer in multiple fields such as; anti-oppression (racism, homophobia, anti-violence, etc.), domestic violence, organizational development, personal safety, and physical self defense training. Truc has worked with the Minority Executive Directors Coalition developing and implementing a progressive model of Cultural Competency focused on both individual skill development and organizational change through a racial social justice lens. Truc's deep personal commitment to social justice work keeps her busy with organizing with communities of color, queer communities, and daydreams of revolution. She is also a budding performing artist.
