How we helped
EDS initially conducted a training and development needs assessment and conducted Diversity Awareness training for all staff. Subsequently, EDS has assisted in developing Kent University, providing ongoing training in Team Building, Conflict Management, Customer Service, Men and Women Working Together, Generational Differences, and Sexual Harassment Prevention. Individual coaching, team building and retreat facilitation are provided on request.
